Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-corrected quantum computing architectures and protocols
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes in cryogenic environments

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience with superconducting or trapped-ion systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil) and high-performance computing environments
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or quantum information science
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental implementations
