- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (10+ years industry experience)
- Published quantum computing research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of securing DARPA/NSF research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
