Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for commercial applications in finance and pharmaceuticals
- Lead a 12-member research team in developing error-corrected quantum processors
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum supremacy experiments
- Secure patents for novel quantum communication protocols
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit 2026
- Develop quantum-safe cybersecurity frameworks for enterprise clients
- Manage $5M annual R&D budget across quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 8+ years of industry experience
- Published research in Nature or Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers in high-pressure environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Track record of securing venture capital for quantum projects
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
