Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum computing research roadmaps targeting 2026 commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in quantum algorithm development
- Secure $10M+ in annual research grants through NSF and DoD partnerships
- Architect quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks for financial and healthcare sectors
- Author breakthrough publications in Nature and Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Quantum Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
