- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Manage quantum computing roadmap aligning with 2026 technological milestones
- Oversee quantum simulation testing and performance validation protocols
- Secure government and private funding for quantum research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and qubit coherence techniques
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing federal research grants (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong leadership background managing technical teams of 10+ researchers
