Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction, variational algorithms, and quantum machine learning
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, and C++ for quantum simulation
