- Secure $5M+ annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Develop patents for proprietary quantum gate architectures
- Oversee lab operations with $2M annual equipment budget
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years quantum computing research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams
