Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world problem domains
- Lead quantum hardware integration and error mitigation protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to prototype 2026-era applications
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing libraries
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum theory and practical implementations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in quantum computing research or production deployment
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
