Qualifications
- 12+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate-tech infrastructure
- Proven track record of leading tech transformation projects >$10M budget
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE 7000) or equivalent
