Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical models into scalable solutions
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography systems
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at global quantum summits
- Mentor junior engineers through our quantum talent development program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in low-level quantum hardware control and cryogenic systems
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Track record of leading technical teams in complex R&D environments
