Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Develop error mitigation protocols for 2026-scale quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize classical-quantum workflows
- Optimize qubit coherence in cryogenic environments
- Create fault-tolerant architectures for industrial applications
- Lead open-source contributions to quantum SDKs
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics/CS or 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Publication record in quantum algorithm development
- Understanding of quantum error correction (surface codes)
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap hardware
- Familiarity with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
