Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for fault-tolerant operations by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define qubit connectivity requirements
- Create quantum software development frameworks for non-expert users
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication systems
- Pioneer quantum machine learning integration strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS + 8 years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and qubit manipulation
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
