Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks targeting 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Develop simulation environments for quantum hardware validation
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-accelerated neural networks
- Present breakthrough research at international quantum conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Track record of leading quantum algorithm implementations
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business solutions
