Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum architectures for 2026 capabilities
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum education initiatives
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Demonstrated experience with quantum error correction and fault tolerance
