Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit entanglement and superposition principles
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, or trapped-ion systems)
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Present breakthrough innovations at international tech conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quipper)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
