As a key member of our Quantum Innovation Division, you'll work alongside Nobel Prize-winning researchers and industry pioneers to develop fault-tolerant quantum architectures. Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead research into quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing infrastructure
- Drive quantum security implementations for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions for finance, logistics, and AI
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance principles
- Proven track record of developing quantum solutions for real-world applications
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for stakeholders
