Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence and error correction systems
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior researchers and publish in top-tier journals/conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
- Strong background in linear algebra, topology, and information theory
