Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in drug discovery and materials science
- Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate quantum processors into machine learning pipelines
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical boards
- Drive R&D initiatives in error correction and quantum supremacy
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
