Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and implementation
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., photonic computing, topological qubits)
- Create performance optimization frameworks for hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit design and coherence improvement
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum systems architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Q#, IBM Quantum Experience)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-disciplinary tech projects
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptographic standards (NIST candidates)
