Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement improvements to site architecture and core web vitals.
- Develop and execute full-funnel SEO strategies that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage keyword research and on-page optimization campaigns to target high-intent search terms.
- Lead link building initiatives and outreach programs to build domain authority.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and third-party tools to report on ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, preferably within a B2B or high-growth agency environment.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Essentials, Panda, Penguin, and Hummingbird updates.
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
