Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum processor architectures for scalability and error correction
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological computing, photonic systems)
- Create quantum software development frameworks and APIs
- Collaborate with industry partners to deploy quantum prototypes
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ions)
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical solutions
