Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen tech frameworks for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping disruptive innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends and risks
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business vision
- Present breakthrough concepts to global stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech integration
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling systems from concept to global deployment
- Certification in Futuristic Tech Architecture (FTA) preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-disrupting projects post-2020
