Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into practical solutions
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Collaborate with AI researchers to hybridize quantum-classical computing workflows
- Pioneer novel quantum algorithms for materials science and drug discovery
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum conferences and journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science quantum journals
- Mastery of high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to diverse stakeholders
