Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop error mitigation frameworks for practical quantum advantage
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflow blueprints for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Secure patents for novel quantum algorithms and hardware designs
- Advise C-suite on quantum technology adoption roadmaps
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals while maintaining IP portfolio
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and optimization algorithms
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
- Security clearance preferred for government collaborations
