Your insights will directly influence $500M+ product portfolios and shape industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Forecast technological disruptions and market shifts through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product development with future human needs
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership pieces on future tech ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data modeling and scenario-building expertise
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
