Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable quantum computing architectures

- Develop roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing integration
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming and hardware-software co-design

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, Qiskit, and quantum error correction techniques
- Proven experience with quantum-classical hybrid systems and cloud quantum platforms
- Published research in quantum cryptography or quantum machine learning
- Strong background in C++/Python and low-level hardware optimization
- Security clearance eligibility or active clearance preferred
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
