Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing patents and intellectual property
- Present breakthroughs at global tech summits and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor quantum computing talent in our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with error correction protocols
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and quantum cryptography
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum processors
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal or corporate quantum research funding
