Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and technological roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse team of data scientists, AI engineers, and product strategists.
- Product Integration: Oversee the integration of AI solutions into core products to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and compliance standards for AI deployment and data privacy.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully scaling AI initiatives from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and adopting emerging technologies to solve business problems.
