Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Design error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid algorithms
- Develop patent-pending quantum hardware-software integration frameworks
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on quantum communication projects
- Present breakthrough innovations at IEEE Quantum Week and Q2B conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Published research in Nature Physics or Physical Review X
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience with quantum annealing optimization (D-Wave, Rigetti)
- Security clearance preferred for government-contract work
