Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for optimization and cryptography
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead quantum algorithm development for financial modeling and drug discovery
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Create quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and research institutions
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven experience with quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics principles
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware constraints and error mitigation
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed conference presentations
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in high-stakes environments
