Responsibilities

- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to guide organizational decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps for product development and market expansion initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive leadership teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic planning
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
