Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Implement error correction protocols achieving >99.9% qubit fidelity
- Create quantum-safe cryptographic systems for post-quantum security
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Architect quantum cloud platforms supporting 10,000+ qubit networks
- Develop quantum machine learning algorithms for pattern recognition
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm implementation
- Proven track record in building scalable quantum computing systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Prior work on quantum hardware-software co-design projects
