Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical interfaces for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software-hardware integration
- Research error correction techniques for quantum supremacy
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN on quantum cryptography standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuits
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects
