Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures using superconducting qubits
- Implement error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic control systems
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for 2026-era materials science
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Research quantum-classical hybrid computing paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum hardware
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and RF control systems
- Experience with quantum-resistant cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
- Strong background in condensed matter physics
