Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 commercial applications
- Develop quantum error correction algorithms achieving >99.99% fidelity
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and software engineers
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery and materials science
- Establish quantum security protocols for financial systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics or Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction
- Proven track record leading quantum hardware-software integration
- Experience securing $50M+ in quantum research funding
