Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for machine learning and cryptography
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing frameworks
- Develop quantum security protocols for 2026-era network infrastructures
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Stay ahead of quantum computing research trends through continuous learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in distributed computing architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Excellent communication skills for translating quantum concepts to stakeholders
