Responsibilities
- Design quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and scalability
- Lead development of quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems

- Mentor quantum engineers and researchers in advanced methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Experience securing government or industry quantum grants
