Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit stability
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and simulation
- Collaborate with materials science teams to engineer superconducting qubits
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
