Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Drive research partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present quantum computing innovations at industry conferences and investor forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated experience leading complex R&D projects
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong knowledge of post-quantum cryptography standards
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
