Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Design scalable quantum hardware interfaces for enterprise deployment
- Collaborate with AI teams to create hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Patent novel quantum methodologies and publish in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction techniques
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
