Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid computing systems using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for blockchain and IoT applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum machine learning models
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for 100+ qubit processors
- Design fault-tolerant architectures for quantum error correction
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Qiskit)
- Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit Aer, Q# Quantum Development Kit)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware constraints and optimization techniques
- Strong background in Python, C++, and low-level systems programming
