Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with real-world applications
- Optimize qubit stability and error correction protocols for enterprise-scale quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum processors with classical computing frameworks
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning and AI integration
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of leading complex quantum system implementations
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., Quantum-safe cryptography)
