Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing infrastructure with 100+ qubit coherence
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for cloud deployment environments
- Develop error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit connectivity and control systems
- Drive quantum computing standards for industry-wide adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS + 5 years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier conference proceedings
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid workflows
