Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum, PennyLane)
- Proven track record in designing fault-tolerant quantum systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and AI model optimization
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in cryptography and cybersecurity principles
