Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant neural architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical ML pipelines
- Author 3+ high-impact publications in Nature/Science journals annually
- Architect secure AI systems resistant to quantum decryption attacks
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm performance
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates
- Develop patents for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithms or deep learning research
- Publication record in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, QIP, Nature)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into commercial applications
