Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for real-world AI applications

- Secure $1M+ in federal research grants for quantum AI initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Track record of securing competitive research funding
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
