Responsibilities
- Architect quantum machine learning frameworks for real-world applications
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and quantum simulation tools
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms
