Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for complex problem-solving
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and AI specialists
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Secure patents and publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Drive productization of quantum AI solutions for enterprise clients

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum hardware
- Proven track record of leading technical teams
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
