Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing principles (Q#, Cirq) and AI/ML frameworks
- Certification in AWS/GCP/Azure with sustainability specialization
- Proven track record leading $5M+ tech transformation projects
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on future tech applications
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
- Deep knowledge of NIST AI Risk Management Framework
