Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for future phases, aligning project goals with long-term business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Prototyping & Validation: Build rapid prototypes and validate architectural hypotheses using cutting-edge quantum and AI technologies.
- Code Review: Maintain the highest standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the codebase.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading complex, large-scale systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and quantum computing principles.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable technical steps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
